Having upgraded via a clean install to Snow Leopard at Christmas, I'm still finding little things that I need to tweak in my systems prefs.

Todays' one was being able to tab through the buttons in a dialogue, I didn't want to keep going to the mouse while my hands where firmly on the keyboard.

So if you go to Apple Menu » System Preferences » Keyboard » Keyboard Shortcuts tab and at the bottom ensure All Controls radio button is selected. Then it makes using OS X from the keyboard a lot easier :)
