Well today I checked my Money Claim online account and it says that HSBC have entered a defense so off to court I go and another £100 to the courts, which hopefully I will get back. Only thing I'm worried about is the fact I messed up the interest calculation and was less then it should be so just hoping if I admit to it, it will all be ok.
